Didn't fix properly and refuses to honour warranty

<p>The attached receipt clearly states that blocked drains carry a 7 day warranty. Today, on day 6, the toilet drain is blocked again yet they refuse to come and fix it.</p> <p>Initially on grounds of today, so they claimed per SMS, being day 8 when in fact, as per the invoice date, it is not, then by claiming that the warranty is void since we agreed to pay less than what they initially asked for on site.</p> <p>Their prices are not transparent, the results poor and the service abysmal.</p>
