<p>My geyser was not working and I called Dirk from elite plumbing to please send someone to come and see what is wrong. After inspection it was found it was the thermostat and element that had broken. Upon replacing which took 30 minutes I received this absolutely crazy price of R2850 which I had to pay before the plumber left. Upon investigation I searched online to find that the element cost R175 and the thermostat R145 which is a total of R320. So R2530 for 30 minutes work. This is **************** when I emailed Dirk about it he just came with the tough **** attitude I can't help you. When I look at the other reviews online people try use another plumbing company as the owner doesn't seem to care once he has your money </p>
