Day light ******* plumbing services

<p>I have contacted above plumbing company to assist with an broken tap on Thursday 1/12/2016, firstly they only arrive the next morning Friday 02/12/2016. Upon contacting them I have requested a qoutation but they inform me that they can only provide qoute after inspection then they will notify me before doing the job which they did not do. I also informed them that the old people will pay on behalf of me upon excepting the qoute which the yet did not do but continue replacing the basin tap. Unfortunatelly I was in meetings and could not phone them. I end up with and invoice of R1200.00 for replacing an basin stopper tap which is **************** and that for 15 minutes of work. After complaining with plumber doing the work he told me that he had to strip everything dig some holes which took him very long , my father was there an told me he did not even took 15 minutes to replace and go. when contacting the owner he told me that the hourly fee is standard rates R950 and the tap R250. The taps you can buy from plumbing suppliers for R45. I told the owner that the plumber did not contacted me before going ahead with the work but with no response.....</p>
