Bad Service
<p>I phone them on a Saturday to enquire about installing my kitchen sink. Over the phone the lady told me they price their jobs specific to the requirements of the job (No hourly rate given when asked). They sent over two guys to come and give me an estimate.</p> <p>I heard the guy tell me R400 and I thought it was a bit strange, but said okay please continue with the job.</p> <p>When they started they had minimal tools with them. A hole needed to be drilled through a wall but they did not have a drill or a drill bit to do this. I lent them my drill and drill bit, which was a bit blunt.</p> <p>They did not even have an extension cord to plug the drill in.</p> <p>After the wholes were drilled they one guy left in his bakkie to go and buy spares and he also returned almost half an hour to an hour or so later with stuff he bought at Chamberlains and some cooldrinks.</p> <p>He said it will be R200 extra for the Chamberlains parts which were just rubber sink pipes.</p> <p>They struggled with the installation, and took way too long doing something that should have been simple for accomplished plumbers.When it came time for payment I was told it is now going to cost R4400.</p> <p>This took me totally by surprise, and I spoke to someone at the company over the phone about this.</p> <p>He explained only then that they charge R850 an hour. And after explaining the whole scenario to him he basically threatened me, telling me that he will get in his bakkie now and come and sort this out.</p> <p> </p> <p>PLEASE AVOID USING THIS COMPANY!!</p>
