Bad attitude and highway *******

<p>On Sat 8th April,our geyser burst and I googled to find a plumber.I had the misfortune to choose the number of a certain Eddie,who I subsequently discovered was attached to Elite Plumbing.Gawie arrived within an hour.Told us they were out of 200 litre geysers and we agreed to settle for a 150 litre.R9500 later we found that they have no debit or credit card facility.Gawie refused to leave without payment.Our daughter did an EFT for us.The amount charged is way beyond the insurance allowance and Dirk Koekemoer,the owner,became abusive when asked for a detailed invoice.Don't ever use this company.They are dishonest and rude to boot.</p>
