********* and Rude

<p>I made use of Elite Plumbing 24/7 t/a DJK Plublec 24/7 on 19/04/2017. Had a pipe that burst in my bathroom but on the invoice they stated toilet valve which means that I can't claim from the insurance. They came 2hours late, fixed the pipe, took out the stop valve and inserted a valve with no stop tap on it and they charged me R2650.00</p> <p> </p> <p>When I asked them for a new invoice the owner Dirk Koekemoer were extremely rude and asked me why I wanted to claim from my insurance. He did not get back to me and also did not give me a detailed pricing invoice to hand to my insurance.</p> <p>Don't use this company they are ********* and rude !!</p>
