Stole my money.... Did not provide service discussed

Never ever trust this man. Shaun is a person who uses your vulnerability to take your money. He told me he could help me and requested a deposit. I immediately made a cash deposit. He then said he could release information without the balance of the deposit. In total I paid R7500 to him and then he went AWOL. No communication. Even pretending to not know me. My mistake was trusting someone I did not meet and not signing an agreement with him. But we did have a verbal and whatsapp agreement. He then promised a refund when I said it's OK if you cannot help me. Please just refund my money. He agreed. And till today, more than a month later I have not received anything, including communication from him. Unless I message first.
