Dishonest and unreliable

Morne van der westhuizen is dishonest, with no business etiquette or decency. He quotes you on work, asks for money for matierial and and you don’t hear of him after. I’ve paid him R3000 for matierial - It’s been more than 3 weeks and no attempt to do the work or to refund my money. If he does do work for you, it’s left incomplete and untidy
