Tv stand horror

I hired Elite interior and renovation in March 2024 to do my tv stand and I paid them in full but till today they have not finished my stand, they left with a promise to come back the following day but nothing till now. I have tried to contact them and send them messages but they just don’t respond. I am frustrated and honestly starting to hate my stand because it’s not what I wanted.
