ELITE HIRE TRUCK ACCIDENT

My name is Sthe Dlamini ( ********** 773) .On the 17 November 2018 I was driving to work on riverhorse valley road when a truck from Elite Hire (76 ****rnet Premises,Hattingh,Elandsfontein,Gauteng , ********** 806),was reversing on the road, I had to stop my car but the truck kept reversing and knocked into my Polo. the truck registration number is DR 79 HN GP. the drivers name is Nicholas Zwelithini Mdlalose. I have contacted the company numerous times and spoke to Thomas Matsena via telephone and email who requested 2 quotes of which I gave 3, he rep**** to me saying I must relax and the insurance will sort me out, its been 2 weeks now and I have not be contacted yet. Now I battle to get to work because I have to arrange alternate transport. I need assistance to get the company to fix my car. Now I have to make other arrangements to take my family out during their December holidays. This is so disappointing.
