I have since January2017 asked Elite group(loan) to remove loans showing as recurring on my name..They hane not up to now and I have since lost opportunities to buy a house and a car because of this

I went to Elite Loans Newcastle Early last year and asked them to remove my name on Experian and credit bureau since all my loans were one month loans and paid up the following month. But their system is showing 4 different loans which does not make sense.They issued a letter in March 2017 that my loans were settled in full and assured me that it will go off credit bureaux..But Today is end of January 2018 and it is still not solved. I spoke to Catherine Mabaso in Newcastle for most of 2017 and she has since reffered me to head office..Their head office number is : (011) ********** ..I cannot move ..Kindly assist
