Extremely Bad service

<p>I have requested Elite electrical to assist me with the after sale/return job which they performed 2 weeks back. On calling them telling them about the same problem. A guy called Derk with a number, insulted me as a client saying "why am I calling him with a problem after two weeks". When trying to explain, he kept on insulting me. Telling me I must not make this his problem, then he dropped the phone on me. When trying to call he never picked. Yet their advert on internet claims they are 24/7 service. </p>
