I thoroughly enjoyed this mentorship program.

Within the first couple of weeks of starting the Agency FastTrack mentorship program, we are incentivised to review the program. I was not comfortable doing this as I wanted to give a true and complete testimonial of my experience. If I made a mistake, it was on me, but I did not want to drag anybody else down with me, no matter the cost. I am now 2 weeks from completing the 24-week program and this is my testimonial…

Please allow me to briefly tell you my story so that you can get an understanding of the severity and the impact joining the Agency FastTrack had on my life. In March 2014, I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis and while I do not wish to dwell on this too much, let’s just say that I went from being a fit bootcamper to losing my ability to walk within one year and this was soon followed by losing almost all my mobility to the upper and lower body within 3 years. I fight fatigue, pain and spasms on the daily basis.

During, what I call my adapting years, I was unable to work to full capacity and kept my company alive by subsidising it with prior investments I had made in my healthier years. When Covid-19 hit us in March 2020, I got with 100% clarity that if I did not do something to change my trajectory, I would become destitute and unable to look after myself. I started researching ways to market my business and that is when I came across Niel Malan and Elite Inc.

Initially, I watched every free video, read every post, blog, e-book, etc that Neil produced and started implementing the mindset immediately. Within a month, I started to see a shift in my business. This was when I decided to take my very last savings and invest in Agency FastTrack i.e me and my company.

I was very angry within the first month, as I started on the incorrect material and not the mentorship program. Nobody noticed that I had somehow got lost in the system. I feared having blown my saving on some ****. I addressed my concerns with Elite and immediately the situation was rectified, my mind was put at ease, I was put on the right course and was monitored to ensure that I caught up with my other fellow mentees.

My journey with the AFT team has been nothing short of inspirational and transformational. The material is structured in such a manner that, if you follow the program, you will succeed, either in your own business or as a new agency. However, be prepared, it is not a walk in the park. You are going to have to work hard at it and implement everything you learn as you learn it.

My own company, even during the lockdown, broke a 6-year record in turnover. I mentored my daughter and brought her into the business to continue the Property Factor legacy. I have added a strategic marketing division to my company and already have my first paying client and am aiming to have another before I finish the program. I have learned more digital and marketing skills in the 6 months than I ever dreamt possible. I have the confidence to start or help any business, as I have the skill to obtain and retain clients.

My beautiful Clarissa for your patience with me at every Wednesday meeting, for making sure that I kept up with the course content and for addressing all my uncer*****ies and confusion. And I sincerely apologise for the occasional, often unwarranted, rants, but you handled me like a pro!

What am I going to do without the expertise of my techies, Werner and Jacques? You guys are incredible, knowledgeable and so very good at guiding us and correcting where we have gone wrong.

And last, but not least, Niel Malan. Thank you for sharing your knowledge and skills so authentically with us. Thank you for being vulnerable, open and honest about your journey. You are inspiring! Even though I have only met you on the small screen, I do not doubt your integrity and desire to grow entrepreneurs. Thank you for what is yet to come because of your influence.

And for those with something negative to say about Agency FastTrack, perhaps you should do some introspection because the program is failproof.
