Rude, belittling and Ill-mannered

<p>Some water from the dishwasher trickled into an electrical socket and I saw their promising website. I was impressed that they didn't charge a call out fee.</p> <p>When I called them and told my problem, they were rude and insulting,asking me "why are you only reporting this now, why did you wait all day?" And then hung up the phone on me. </p> <p>I called them back multiple times and they refused to answer my call.</p>
