Buyer beware!!

I called in and asked for an electrical certificate of compliance they came out and give me a quote. The quote was 5 times what we had anticipated! The issue is that the certificate cost is the same as their call out fee!!! That means if they come and give you a high quote you still pay R2350. So you are in for that no matter what! I think this just boils down to a ****
