Very Poor Service and client informing

I started with Elite Debt counselling in 2014. In the begin I had no issues. My accounts were being paid as agreed. Then I had an issue where I had no money to my name. I informed them and thought they would let all my accounts know. Time later I get a court summons for my Home loan and this was not the first summons, but the final. So I missed the other summons. They bank was going to foreclose on my property. I had to fight to at least let me sell. I informed the debt counselors and they did nothing. I lost my property due to them and I wish i could have taken this further then. To this day I am still haver to fix their problems with my accounts. They never Cleared my account for the home loan of my credit rating. So I am struggling to clear it as I would like to get vehicle finance and this is putting a hold on any further applications.
