Elite car was Benoni Glynnwood Bad attitude and Service

I was very disappointed in their service today I had to ask the staff to re-vacuum the vehicle and when I asked management for a receipt they said they don't have receipts or a receipt books I asked them please make a plan and He said I must come back tomorrow I asked him how can you have a business but you cant give me a receipt or an invoice I said to him he is being difficult the he started swearing Very BAD attitude by management
