Zero Customer Care from Theiving Company

<p>Our company uses Elite Car Park Sevices when ever we travel from OR Tambo Airport. I left my car with them on Sunday 26th February 2017 and collected it the following evening. I later realised my spare wheel has been removed from my bakkie and called them immediately to find out where my car was parked, if there was CCTV in the area and to resolve the matter by getting my spare wheel replaced. Since then I have emailed, and called numerous times without any response. The owner/management of this business do not care and do not have the capacity to deal with a customer complaint. it is disgusting the manner in which they treat their customers, especially if there is complaint. If you want your car and belongings back in one piece, dont use Elite Car Park Service. Very sad when you entrust a car to company for safe keeping and they ***** from you. Dont support theiving companies in SA!! </p>
