Good Service

We were going away for a week and I was thinking of using one of the many car valet services, but was worried about some on the horror stories on these services.

I was very nervous to leave my car (Toyota Fortuner) with someone I didn't know. I called Elite Car Park Services and spoke with a lady who was polite and forth coming with information about the drives and where my car was going to be parked while I was away. The person who pick up my car was polite and professional, and it was similar to checking the car in at Toyota for a service, we went around the car and noted any existing scratches. I pointed out that that my spare wheel was there.

My car is fitted with a tracking device, I did not tell them this, so while we were away I checked online to see if they were driving my car. It was only moved the day before we came back ( I can only assume to the wash bay as tracker showed it did not leave the parking lot)

When we collected the car it was nicely cleaned and ready to go. Very happy with their service and would recommend them. they have been doing this for 19 years. Side note: I did remove all valuables from the car before going to the airport just like I do when I send my car to Toyota for a service.
