elite cakes Denlyn complex, rotten cakes

We ordered a 3 piece cake from Elite cakes in Menlyn complex in Mamelodi. The cake was ordered weeks before the wedding and collected 3 days before the wedding. To our surprise we realized that the cake is rotten the moment the bride and groom where cutting it in front of 100 plus guests. We complained with pictures and a video clip of this rotten cake a guy who I believe is a manager by the name of Patrick who promised to take the matter to his boss and only took my number. He never called back. I took the initiative to call and all I got was a nasty answer with an attitude saying there's really nothing they can do because their cakes are always fresh. I have pictures, receipts and a video clip as a proof. What they did to us is inhuman because we paid a lot of money for that cake only for it to be thrown away. They have to compensate
