Elite Boutique is a RIPP OFF!!!

<p>I'm a bride to be and after looking at several websites for wedding dresses I came across this lovely dress on the Elite Boutique Website. I took my measurements, made the payment like the requested and waited 5 weeks for my dress. Then my dress arrived AND THE NIGHTMARE STARTED!!!</p> <p>There was several differences with the dress, like for instance: The opening at the back of the dress was</p> <p>not the same size or shape. The belt came with a V on the pic(website) and on dress it was round, the shoulders of the dress were totally different and the put pleats all over the front top... where on the pic it only had it on the breast! The belt did not exist at all like on the pic! The belt was worked on with beads on the material. The material was shiny and itchy definitely not the impression we got from te websites pictures!!! I WAS SO DISAPPOINTED so I've sent an email to the owner Amanda Boonzaaier, explaining my problems and her reply were as follows...(Full of excuses definetly not taking responsibility for the mistakes or offering to correct the dresses mistakes)!! HER EXACT WORDS!!</p> <p>These are all replica dresses inspired by a original designer. This is the reason that the lace or detail would not always be 100%, be as the shown images is for advertise, wich are merely for reference purposes. And a dress like this by a designer would easily cost you R25 000 to R 100 000 plus.</p> <p> </p> <p>Shame on you ELITE BOUTIQUE (AMANDA BOONZAAIER) for robbing people like that!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>And then on your website you offer the service of "if you have a picture of a dress just send us the pic and we will give you a quote .... In your dreams... who said you would stick to the picture and not change the dress like you do on the website, as you please!</p> <p>O and the dresses is made by an overseas company, shipped in so Amanda is pocketing here. So is that what you get for ordering online? Only ELITE BOUTIQUE doesn't give you what you paid for. Other online companies are honest (this was truely my first online bobby). Shame on you for asking me R4799 for such a mess of a dress!</p> <p>Lastly there is no review page or rating page for this company... with reason. Do you want to tell me everyone is happy clients. NO WAY!!!
