Great all round service

All aspects of having my VW GTI 6 repaired at Elite was outstanding. The quote was done quickly and queries answered via email in short time. Booking in was efficient, though I had to wait to See Alan. Constant feedback as to the process of repairs helped me keep tabs on progress. Car was ready on time and was spotless and the repair job was near perfect. Parts quoted on that were not used, were credited. Alan even helped get other things done that were mentioned to him.
