Bought a broken car

I bought a beautiful Peugeot 308 GTi from Elite Auto in Vereeniging which I had to spent almost R 4000 before my instalment even went off.I was promised that this car has no problems and was accident free. Since I bought the car a week after delivery, I had problems with it: Engine management system faulty. I also found that the car was in a accident in front. I had this car more at this place then driving it myself. Eventually they decided to get my car to Peugeot who also could not find the problem at that time. I had an arrangement to take my car back to Peugeot but things got complicated. I was transferred 200 K Away. The dealer owner stopped helping me with a loan car which I think find unfair since this is a problem occurring from day one. After 6 months on the way home late night from Secunda to Bethal, a water hose came off and the car overheated. My baby and my wife was with me. Luckily at the tollgate but still. Now they are refusing to help me with the cost to repair so I am stripping myself. I went and bought a car because I was fed up with struggling with cars.
