Dealer not honoring its agreed transaction

Had a similar experience as the other party on this portal with Elite Auto Leisure, Vereeniging unfortunately. Bought a Echo 4 Trailer from this business in good faith - included was a trailer service and roadworthy. Trying to register back in Cape Town I was informed roadworthy was not done. Followed up and was told it was not and we should do the roadworthy and will get reimbursed for our costs implicated. Cost involved was R 1187.26 of which only the roadworthy test of R 460 was reimbursed. Still wondering if the service was done or not as no evidence that it was... Mo further feedback. Not turning my calls, e-mail or WhatsApp.
