Biggest *****'s ever

Good day

This is the mail that went back and forth from me to the bank,dealer, Dekra and me. I also have whats app messages telling them that there are problems. I also took the car to Speedy Exhaust because I told them there is some noise coming from the exhaust they had to phone the owner of the dealership to tell him that they have to replace the exhaust, the day the exhaust was set to be replaced I filled up the Kia just to smelled petrol but that was not new....when we got to Speedy Exhaust the petrol was running out from under the car. I couldn't replace the exhaust that day because I had to take the car to another workshop so they could have a look at the petrol tank, had to strip the back seat to get to the tank, and saw that the seal of the tank was perished. They said it would take 6 weeks to get it. Still have not heard anything regarding that.

The last response from the dealer after I told him that the engine light came on again, the owner told me he is on leave and will only be back on 10 September. We had to get someone to do the diagnostics to see what was wrong. He could reset the light just to come on again the next day. On the 10th I had to use whats app to find out what was going on. He only sent me a Whats app back that afternoon saying I must bring the car in the following day. I am fed up with this car. I don't find this car reliable and will not pay something that I can't use for what it is purchased for.

The Roadworthy and Dekra were never done, only the Roadworthy was done after I took the car back to the dealer the first time. Some of the things that were marked correct on the roadworthy certificate had to be replaced.

I decided not to take the car back to the dealer again for repairs as it keeps on happening in the 4months I have the car.

Please advise me what will happen now...I am not sure what to do with the car...as I am paying for the car but can not use it.
