Bad service

<p>I would like to lay a complaine ,on the 4th October 2016 ,I bought a car from Elite Auto in vereeniging the car was R99950.00 and i bought it cash.The car is kia serento model 2005.the car was fine when i took it from the garage but after three weeks the car has a liking problem I took it to them and the dealer said it was not a big thing,they will fix it.a week pass and when I went to them they telling me that I have to pay R25000 for them to fix the car. I have taken the matter to the ombandsman it's still on process...but since they not saying anything even now it's April 2017 .I don't have my car and I have paid them in cash.. please help me I don't know what to do now.</p>
