Pathetic Service

I have never come across such incompetence in my life and I will be sure to mention Dane and his pathetic team all over social media!

Telling us a year ago that our aircon has seized only for us to get it fixed by another reputable company for a mere R600! Get it re-gassed and serviced a year later by the same company only for Elite to come through and touch our unit after Dane was given strict instructions not to go near our unit and now they go back to the seized story!

After mentioning all this to him he has the audacity to say the work he does in our building is “charity”. Well then I’m sure he won’t miss the income when we lay a formal complain with the body corporate and vote to take the business away from Elite.
