I purchased a Alternator for my Peugeot 208 1.2VTI access from this place.

Eric was the one who assisted me, I received the Alternator 2days later.

Took the Alternator to the mechanic, he installed it and started the vehicle.

The Alternator was overcharging the car voltage ran up to 17volts while the car is idling. Mechanic checked the alternator by removing the back cover and found that the Alternator was tempered with. I notified Eric about it and he advised I must send it back he will replace it. after 2 days I sent the faulty Alternator back to them, I followed up with him and he advised, they dont swap out electrical parts and nor will the refund me. up until this day I cannot get ahold of him he doesnt pick up my calls. I found a number of a guy called Johnson and he is also not picking up. These are a bunch of *******, you cannot sell faulty parts to people without testing it first. I will get my money from you guys I'm not gonna leave it like this. I have all the proof.
