Bad service from elirits auto spares,johburg

On 28 sept 2021 i bought a alarm module for my tt from elirits auto spares in johburg,after they constantly wanted to give me the wrong part and after i had to make 2 more payments i asked to be refunded and was told they dont do refunds.i was also told that they are using the money for petrol to source me the right alarn part,a faulty part that does not even match my cars part number was sent to me via postnet on the 20th february 2022,i am disgusted how i was treated and really demand my money back
