Order Delay and Poor Communication

From the outset, communication was extremely poor. I was not provided with any proactive updates and had to repeatedly follow up via email to obtain information regarding my order. On 13 April 2026, only after I initiated contact, I was informed that the motor was out of stock. This was highly disappointing, as I was not notified in advance. Had I not followed up, I would likely still be waiting without any update. I requested a refund. However, to date, the refund has not been processed, which is unacceptable.
