Shoddy Thatchers

Their work is sub par. They give an 18mth guarantee but it means nothing. The work is shoddy and you will pay twice to get someone else to fix their terrible work. They thatched my roof. The thatch fell out in chunks after a few weeks. One of owners is Heinrich. Keeps promising to 'sort it out' but has no intention of doing so. Cost me R12,000 to have their shoddy work corrected.
