Highly disgusted

I came to this facility thinking a family member will get the help we needed but instead we asked for bribery by an employee name Ashley an Indian chap at first he was so promising that my family member will get the help he needs and then I was asked a bribe of R3000 this is very disappointing I would never recommend anyone at this facility nor will I ever come back to this facility.
