Bad treatment
<p>My son was admitted to Elim Clinic. He has been there before, and has successfully completed treatment. This time he absconded the first day (even before he could see a doctor). He was admitted to a nearby hospital, where Rose from Discovery Medical Aid, as well as my wife and I, asked for him to be taken back to Elim. Elim took the guy that he absconded with back, but not my son. Elim also took a 20% admin fee, which I do not think they are entitled to. </p> <p> </p> <p>My questions are:</p> <p>1. Why was the other guy that absconded with my son, taken back, but not my son?</p> <p>2. Why was 20% admin fee of the total cost of the treatment not refunded?</p> <p>3.
