****!!! using logo for Aliexpress and DHL

Made a purchase of R13499 on 26 Jul 2022, they requested additional amount of R2710 for insurance which was supposed to be refundable. The company uses log for Aliexpress and DHL.. Order was not delivered and there was no further communication received. Besides being blocked. I have reported them on Instagram, I hope appropriate action will be taken. Total ****.
