LP Mtshweni traffic officer in Groblerdaal

So disappointed in our Trafic law enforcement .A trafic cop names LP Mtshweni stoped me so ********,unprofessional approach and rude and after observing my car without any fault he claimed that I skipped a red trafic light.Tried to get a bribe from me and unfortunately I don’t pay bribe.He then wrote me a ticket for 2000.In SA it is allowed to skip a Trafic light at night if I feel unsafe however in this case I did not skip the Trafic ligh and the officer just wanted bribe from me.LP Mtshweni should be dealt with.
