Iv been insuring my Business and private insurance with Eli Aluf since 2008 what I like about this brokerage is that everyone that is there today has been there since I started insuring with Eli Aluf not only they are good and highly reputable insurance brokers they are also under righters and do their own insurance and they will teyler make insurance that will suit you and your needs. anyone can be an insurance broker it is easy but to be a leading one like Eli Aluf is slightly more difficult also nothing is to difficult for this company including teaching to a meeting for a small R150 a month investment yes but when it comes to a problem they are also at home I just had an issue with Discovery insure "they work from home" corona COVID 19 you know lucky me at Eli Aluf they work from the office and boy do they work as soon as they couldn't get a go-ahead from Discovery they took full responsibility I didn't have to worry not for 1 second within 30 minutes they told my plumber to go ahead when it came to the finishing touches I phone Eli Aluf and in seconds I was told go ahead you are covered and we are busy with your claim when we finally got to an understanding with Discovery insure Eli Aluf agent said to me take it don't worry we gave you the go-ahead we will pay the difference and I had the money the next day in my account. So to top it all up in one word if service and insurance is what you after contact Eli Aluf they always answer their phones and they are always at work in the office contact them on *** I must add I had some experiences with other brokers they there for the commission nothing else definitely not for you
