no hot water

i went to spend the night on Saturday at around 10 pm, i wanted to take a shower/bath before bed but the water was cold, i slept thinking maybe it got used up by other occupants. In the morning when i wanted to bath/shower before leaving i still got the same problem...i had to use the very small kettle in the room to boil water so i can wash in basin!!!jo i was so embarrassing for me as i believe cleanliness is next to Godliness
