For any repairs to your appliances do not contact this company. They took my washing machine motherboard which they said was not working, claimed they would order a new one from defy and charged me R1500 for it on the quote. I found out the actual price for that unit was R945 when I called defy for the same part. After paying their call out fee I rejected their quote for 2200 to fix the machine and now they wont bring back the old motherboard which they claim they traded in to defy for a discount yet they have the audacity to charge me double what they actually paid for ( if they even ordered it because they manufacured an invoice which they claim was from Defy " without Defy logo). Do not deal with these ******.
