Bad thatch construction bussiness

Elgin Thatchers are one of the most unreliable thatchers I ever came across. They did not finish their job originally. Promised to come back the next day, finish the job and collect their waist. The waist thatch was collected, but nothing more. A year later and more damage due to bad workmanship the work is still not finished. A lot of empty promises from them leave me now with no other choice to damage their business name this way and hope nobody will make use of their services ever.
