ELFH properties is a dissapointment

Viewed a property in Florida Keys on 25/9 for a single lady with a 2 year old child who urgently needed a place to move into on 1/10/24 Completed all the application forms and submitted the same day. Followed up with the offices on 30/9/2024. Their response: They are busy processing applications. They will let you know if it was successful or not.

Followed up on 1/10, 2/10, 3/10 and 4/10. No response from ELFH Properties. Not even that the application was unsuccessful. Until today 21/10 there has been no response from them. Luckily the lady viewed a beautiful cottage on 5/10, submitted her application and received feedback on 8/10 that the application was approved. How can other companies do this in one week, but we’ve had no reply from ELFH Properties for a month. Very poor service. The unit is still empty!!!
