Prize not received

I have won a competition with this company last year 2017 .. I was one of 3 winners .. I won 55" curve tv .. The one winner received her prize but after so many attempts from my side contacting the company .. contacting the courier .. they explained the courier truck was hijacked .. the owner called me once .. to apologise and never again .. I then received a message through messenger saying new stock was sent to south africa and my tv was with this shipment .. delivery would be 10 to 15 Dec .. nothing happened .. I messaged again and received an update saying the shipment was sent and they waiting on it contradicting the previous message about delivery .. no further communication .. I messaged again 2nd of Jan and the company messenger and Facebook page was deactivated. . And I can't get hold of anyone .. how pathetic ..u deeply disapointed .. I spent loads of data promoting the company and the competition. . It's not fair that one person received her price and not the others
