Worst experience ever 😪

Yoh!!!! I should've checked the reviews before I ordered. . . I ordered, payed and sent my proof of payment on the 4th of January. My status was changed to "paid " on the 13th of January after I asked them for a refund. Today is the 17th, still no communication from them. I'm hurt because I bought school supplies and schools are opening tomorrow. I bought them on time because I knew that courier companies tend to take their time to deliver sometimes. Haven't slept in days I'm stressed. It's not like I have extra money laying around somewhere to buy other school supplies. I really need my money back because it's clear that I'm never going to get my order.
