Worst bookstore i have ever come across

I orderd books dating from last year and got them late, ordered in 1st semester but got them in the second semester unfortunately not all the books i ordered were given to me. For the remaining books i got an alert late stating that i should come and collect them when i arrived i was told that some of them had been sold out. I tried cancelling the order and the guy said i should buy something instead because refunds will result in me having less money returned due to their policy and i understood but still he said there was one book which i couldn't cancel because the book has been ordered and its on its way to the bookstore and i will get a message telling me that i can come and collect it thus till to this day no refund and no message was sent for me to come and fetch my book.
