THIS PLACE DESERVES ZERO STAR, EVEN ONE STAR IS TOO GENEROUS FOR THEM

THIS IS THE WORST BOOKSTORE I HAVE EVER HAD THE MISFORTUNE TO DEAL WITH. DONT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY, YOU WILL REGRET IT.

I placed an order on their website on 24 February for a book that was showing as " in stock" , paid and got a confirmation email. I sent a follow up email on 28 February and got no response. I followed up with them again on March 24th and still got no response and ended up phoning them and they told me they were waiting for stock. If you knew that you didn't have stock why would your website say that you do?

I have since been following up with them because they don't bother updating clients nor reply to emails, I have to be the one phoning them for updates. It is now May and I still don't have the book, I requested a refund so I can get the book somewhere else and they asked for bank details and its just been crickets.
