Poor Service and Uncooperative Staff

I have never in my life had to affiliate my University experience with such an uncooperative, rude, unhelpful and unprofessional sole supplier of a book and program required for a Module. I will never use this bookstore again. The people are rude, *********** and cannot even greet you properly let alone answer a phone in a respectable manner. Who answers a phone "Jeh"... Come on, disgusted with the service.
