Poor service and affecting studies

I ordered academic books on the 1 march and then promised it will come after 3 days. Today on the 26 March the book is not here. Everytime I call there is a different story. They cant give me my cash refund, I have to wait still for days to get refund.. I'm very very angry. It is affecting studies of my child.
