Extremly poor customer service, the left hand does not know what the right hand is doing

I have ordered a manual on 29/04/2021,I have not received my order and today is the 20th of May, a month later. When I call them to try to find out what is happening, Carol Lebogo who claims to be a supervisor did not seem to know what was happening. She said she will call me after 10 min, she needs to find out where my manual is. It does not take 10 minutes to find out where my order is. I am still waiting for her call and is been 2 hours.

I honestly do not blame the employees I actually blame the owners who just collect the money and do not care about their customers. It was my first and last time dealing with this company and last. I will also tell everyone that I know, how extremely poor their services are.
