Alex academic bool store has very bad serve and doesnt give customers feedback.

I'm a student at the university of Venda. I went to the book store in July to enquire about a book called management in early childhood education, the book was not available in-store so I was told to wait , I did wait for about a week and then the following week I was told to pay an amour of R495 and the book has been ordered for me it's on it's way. So I waited , I visited the bookstore on campus everyday and there was no book. And when I asked the shop assistant to called his supervisor for me he did and I couldn't even speak to him all he wanted was my order number, which he got. He did not even bother to call me and explain what the hold up with my book was , I had to call their head office for assistance and to ask for my refund, test week is coming and I need to start studying but they don't seem to care about us students as their main clients on campus..
