Worst Online Shopping Experience Ever

I ordered light pendants on the 19th of November 2023. I waited until the 28th of November and decided to follow up myself. Low and behold, my ordered pendants were out of stock? I ordered these items for a project that had to be completed by the end of the year - it was urgent! I was told by the sales rep that she will send me alternatives that I can reorder- these options were not even remotely the same. So I went ahead and checked Lighting.co.za, they had the exact same pendants. I called them and they confirmed that they had stock. Then I immediately received a call from the sales rep at Elevenpast, saying that they all of a sudden received stock and it will be shipped in 3 days. Waited 3 days - nothing. Called them. Oh, they don't have stock. I demanded a full refund on the 4th of December - still waiting for my refund as I am writing this!! I then ordered my pendants from Lighting.co.za, received my order NEXT DAY.
