Unprofessional and unreliable
I ordered and paid for items on 9 November. Did not receive any of the items and after numerous phone calls and emails still struggling to get a delivery date. Very unprofessional and unreliable.

The order was also placed at the busiest time of the year. That said, there is no excuse for the lack of communication. Was everything in order with the products?
